Gal Amiram is an Israeli artist based in Los Angeles. She holds a MFA from ArtCenter College of Design (2017) and BFA from Shenkar College (2013). Amiram showed her work in Israel and the US at venues such as the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery, The Israeli Center for Digital Art, and the American Jewish University. She won numerous excellence awards, including the Emerging Artist Award from the Israeli ministry of culture (2019) Artis residency grant (2018, 2020), and was nominated for the Rema Hort Mann Emerging Artist Grant (2019). Amiram received multiple fellowships as artist-in-resident at venues such as The Vermont Studio Center (2018), MOCA Tucson (2019), and ZK/U Berlin (2021).
